For the past 25+ years, I have been on a journey to better understand the body, what happens to cause pain and injury, and how to eliminate it! Understanding how I could herniate discs in my own back when I was otherwise physically strong led me to advanced training that transformed the way I now work with my clients.

Because my vision is for all people to experience easy, healthy, joy-filled lives, I do manual therapy and corrective movement to restore structural + functional balance, and to address postural + lifestyle patterns.
